My conclusion for all Mice this year:

1. More Mice are designed on PCB instead of perfboard makes more professional and reliable.

2. 3D printing is widely used for better component mounting.

3. Majority are still using Arduino based MicroController such as Arduino, Teensy and maple.

4. There are still limited choice for motor and encoder in order to have wheel mounted easily.

5. Lots of brilliant ideas for design a different mouse, such as tank belt wheel, customized encoder and well performed de-bug system.

6. Mainsteam sensors are still infrared sensor pair. A few of them use ultra sonic, one team used iphone camera to do image processing.
